Start with the question closest to what happened. If you need to contact us, include the game title and what you were doing, without sending a password.
Opening a game.
Three guest games open without an account: Rune Memory, Starlight Merge and Prism Breaker. Other Play links lead to sign-in and return to the selected game afterwards. A free registration opens account play without email confirmation.
Every catalogue game also has an automatic preview. It demonstrates legal gameplay without saving results. Close the preview to return to the same part of the catalogue.
When a move does nothing.
Read How to play. A carriage can only move along its own axis; a pouring vessel needs room; a selected puzzle square may be fixed. Native buttons also stop accepting moves while the player is paused or the round has ended.
Foundry games give you Undo and Restart. An incorrect Check usually leaves the puzzle open; unsafe crossings, collisions and other terminal mistakes are explained by that game’s rules.
Returning to an interrupted idea.
Use Continue saved round where available. The save message distinguishes a successful account save from a device save or a connection problem. Abrupt closure may lose recent actions.
A conflicting save means another tab or device has a newer revision. Reopen the game before continuing. Completed results queued during a connection failure are retried on a later signed-in player visit.
Sending a useful support request.
Open Contact and describe the page, game, device and visible error. The form stores the request and returns a reference. Local builds do not send email unless a mail provider is configured.
Keep the reference for follow-up. Do not include passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. No payment is needed to fix or access a game.
