LEUCHTWALZEN uses information to provide accounts, games, saved progress and player controls. Optional Google Analytics measures page visits only after you accept Analytics. The Google tag loads with optional storage denied and may send limited cookieless consent signals.
Details you provide when joining.
Registration stores your display name, email, creation time and an Argon2id password hash. The application does not store the plain password. Session tokens are kept as hashes and expire after fourteen days.
We record your declaration that you are a UK resident aged 18+ and your acceptance of the current Terms, with its date. No identity document or date of birth is requested. Eligibility is self-declared. A selected account-break end time is stored separately.
The record of your play.
Signed-in play stores game identifiers, mode results, compatible unfinished rounds and earned achievements under the account. Foundry challenges use their own save format and Challenge records. Automatic previews never add a personal result.
Favourites, guest progress and device settings use browser storage. Signing in does not silently import earlier guest records. Account saves remain on the server when browser data is cleared.
When you ask for help.
The contact form stores the submitted email, topic, message, request reference and date, plus the account identifier when signed in. These details support handling the request. Include only relevant information.
The optional report-preparation tool formats text on the page. It does not send that text automatically. Copying a prepared report writes it to your clipboard; the support form is a separate submission.
Operational records and storage.
Essential cookies support sign-in, request protection and adult eligibility. Their names and lifetimes appear on Storage & cookies. Fonts and game artwork are served by this application. No payment provider is connected.
The hosting system may record URLs, times, browser details and IP addresses for operation and security. Short-lived hashed rate-limit keys help protect forms. Access controls and password hashing reduce risk; no system can guarantee perfect security.
Your choices and requests.
Account and game records remain while the account is active. Support material is retained for handling and necessary follow-up. Routine account operations remove expired sessions and eligibility visits.
Use Contact for access, correction or deletion requests. We may need to check account ownership. Clear this device removes local favourites and device records; it does not delete account saves. Email is not used for marketing, and information is not sold.

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google. Its tag loads with optional storage denied and may send limited cookieless consent signals. Page-visit measurement and analytics cookies begin only after you accept analytics. The _ga and _ga_* cookies can last up to two years. Google may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. We send page paths without query strings or fragments and exclude recovery and account sign-in pages. Account details, passwords and game outcomes are not sent.
You can decline or withdraw consent at any time; this stops future page measurement.
